Spirit of Atlanta Preview Show

The Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps is proud to debut their 2026 production, “Golden Summer,” at the AmFirst Stadium at Jacksonville State University on Saturday, 6/27. Gates will open at 6:30pm, the performance begins at 8:00pm. Admission is free with donations accepted, and merchandise will be sold!

The performance will face the visitor’s side of the stadium to accommodate ADA accessibility. Please enter through the visitor’s side gate, accessible from Trustee St.

Creature Feature

Did you know that Anniston Museums and Gardens is home to a variety of live reptiles, mammals, and birds? Make plans to join us in the exhibit halls on the 2nd Saturday of each month between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to meet and learn about one of our animal ambassadors. You never know who will be featured!

Wildlife Workshop: Raptor Pellet Dissection

Take part in a hands-on wildlife workshop where you’ll meet some of our resident birds of prey, explore how raptors digest food, and dissect an owl or hawk pellet. Admission is $10 per person. Tickets may be purchased at the museum front desk on the day of the workshop. All proceeds directly support the care and enrichment of our animal ambassadors.

Join us for a guest favorite – Saturday Alive! Each month, we discuss a new topic and introduce you to several of our animal ambassadors. There is always something fun to learn at the Anniston Museums and Gardens!   This program is included with museum admission and free for AM&G members.
