Venecia's Foundation Polar Plunge
Each January, the City of Piedmont hosts a Polar Plunge to benefit a the Venecia’s Foundation supporting area cancer patients at the Piedmont Aquatic Center.
Black Heritage Festival
Each February, the Anniston Museums and Gardens host the longest running Black Heritage Festival in the Southeast
Melee at McClellan
This NICA event is open to the public, and will feature exciting and intense bike races on McClellan Mountain Bike Trails at Fort McClellan.
Calhoun County Fair
Each spring and fall enjoy amusement rids, petting zoo, games, food, and family entertainment. Proceeds support youth agriculture education programs in Calhoun County.

Jax Fest
Every July, Jacksonville Parks & Recreation host his fun family event at the public safety center. Bring your friends and family as Jacksonville celebrates Independence Day. This event consists of food trucks, vendors, live music, and amazing fireworks at the end of the night.
Freedom Festival
Each Fourth of July, Oxford Lake celebrates with fun and festivities for the whole family. Stick around for the annual fireworks display!
Independence Day Celebration
Every July, the Piedmont Arts & Entertainment Committee hosts this festival of food and fun for all celebrated under the sun. This event consists of five music, a foam party, and a spectacular firework show at the end ofthe night.
Woodstock 5K
Each August, this annual event boasts a 5K qualifying race and a Kidstock 1 mile race.
Spirit on Mountain Street
Each fall, the City of Jacksonville, JSU, and area organizations team up to host the “Taste of the Town,” with area restaurants.
Hobson City's Founder's Day Festival

New Year's Eve Squirrel Drop
